About Me
My name is Macrida Joseph, a Fashion Stylist and former fashion model and graduate of FAD Dubai Luxury Institute of Fashion. I am Tanzanian born and live in Dubai, the fashion capital of The Middle East. Seeking inspiration in the simple and complex aspects of daily life you will always find me searching for beauty, styling concepts, and additions to my overflowing closet.
Before moving to Dubai I had my own fashion styling business in Dar es Salaam - Tanzania, and the was owner of the most successful vintage fashion boutique. I also walked on the catwalk in various fashion weeks in Eastern Africa as well as being consistently ranked as one of the top celebrity fashions stylists for artist and movie stars.
As long as I can remember I have always been interested in fashion and growing up I remember I always tried out my siblings clothes and pretended to be a model on a runway show. I started modelling in 2010 and moved into fashion styling in 2016. My work includes music video productions, fashion shoots, lifestyle, editorial, and personal styling and shopping.
